• Integrated Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Entra ID (AAD) with Omada Identity Suite (IGA & IAM) for a university managing over 75,000 identities. • Developed custom connectivity solutions for NetApp home folder provisioning tailored to various student and employee scenarios. • Executed integrations with HR systems, including SAP SLCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP S4/HANA. • Delivered end-to-end features such as custom email address generation, identity merging, and unique ID generation, accompanied by comprehensive documentation, testing, and deployment. • Contributed to One Identity Manager projects, strengthening identity lifecycle management, process automation, and system integrations.
